VJing can be considered at the same time as a practice, a media, an art, a technology, and thus a new way to think the contemporary world in mutation, in its decomposing/recomposing process. It creates not only new sensory experiences but also social ones. It questions the individual’s relationships to alterity and space. VJing is therefore a social vector for architecture, for the city and its public space. At the articulation between social and spatial, it generates new keys, new values and new rhetorics…

Le VJing peut être considéré à la fois comme une pratique, un media, un art, une technologie et donc une façon de penser le monde contemporain en pleine mutation, en pleine décomposition / recomposition. Il est créateur de nouvelles expériences sensorielles mais aussi sociales. Il questionne les relations de l’individu tant à l’altérité qu’à l’espace. Il est donc un vecteur sociétal de l’architecture, de la ville et de son espace public. A l’articulation entre le social et le spatial, il fait émerger de nouvelles clés, de nouvelles valeurs et de nouvelles rhétoriques…
